    Shocking figures reveal that a staggering 6356 motorists have been caught by the average speed cameras on the A565 Tarleton bypass.

    The 50mph limit was introduced last year in an attempt to reduce the accident rate on the road.

    Most speeders were caught doing between 60-70mph.

    The top speed recorded was 101mph.
